"The very night of the election many people saw something that they had never seen before in the history of our elections. They saw votes being changed on the screen in front of them, going from President Trump to Joe Biden.
On top of that, the morning after the election, even that night, the voting stopped. They stopped counting in multiple districts at the same time before the vote got to 270 electors for President Trump. That's never happened before. The only time votes have ever stopped being counted in this country on election night was when the Broward County problem developed over the Hanging Chad's in one county in FL.
So for FIVE states to stop counting on election night is absolutely UNPRECEDENTED. And they did it because the vote count for the electoral college was about to hit [+ go over] 270 for President Trump, because of the massive outpouring of votes for him that night.
By the next morning, multiple mathematicians had contacted me and told me they knew the algorithm that had been run to change the votes. It was that obvious to people with mathematical expertise. It is a mathematical impossibility for 100's of thousands of votes to show up for VP Biden alone, and to have been injected into the system the way that they were. We have eye-witness testimony of countless people who saw votes coming in, in unsecured containers and improper means, and looking different the night of the election.
These people have come forward at great personal risk to themselves & their families to provide thousands of affidavits of voting abnormalities and actual crimes that they witnessed happen on election night. The very fact that the other side is working so hard to hide all of this. Federal law requires transparency in our electoral process and our elections.
There is a federal statute that requires all the documents pertaining to election to be maintained for 22 months following an election, for the very reason that it has to be completely auditable. A Federal Judge in October [in ATL] found all kinds of problems w/ the Dominion system that GA bought and crammed down for everybody across the state to use. That's where the most problems have been, is in GA.
Witnesses have come forward, there was supposedly a water leak that they shut down voting for. That was an abject lie. We have video of witnesses pulling suspect ballots out from under a table after they ran off all the observers. Somebody told me that one of the people that did that has told gov't officials how it happened and what happened. But has that information been provided to the public? No. There is rampant voter fraud of all kinds. Federal violations of 5 years + more across the country by virtue of all the misconduct on election night. The flipping of votes by Dominion is even advertised, on their ability to do that, to run a fraction, to make a Biden vote count 1.26% and a Trump vote to only count 0.74%. They've done it before. They've done it in Venezuela. They've done it in other foreign countries. They've done it in THIS country. We have evidence even that it was done in 2016 in CA to benefit Hillary over Bernie Sanders, and it's been done in other local elections and smaller elections different places.
This is the only time it's been this widespread, and the reason it didn't work this time, they've been able to shave these votes for a long time, but the reason it didn't work completely this time and they had to shut down in so many places was because so many Trump supporters poured out on the day of the election to vote for President Trump in what was a LANDSLIDE victory, a historic victory, is because it BROKE the algorithm.
That's why they had to stop counting that night. That's why they had to bring in ballots and try to back-fill. And it still doesn't work, because there's still 100's of thousands more votes than there were voters to vote them. The math simply doesn't add up. And if they had nothing to hide, why aren't they providing transparency into the voting systems of the United States of America, the country that is founded upon the Rule of Law and is supposed to be above all this? It is absolutely the most appalling criminal operation in the history of our country."

"The new report has a truckload of evidence of foreign interference in the election in it.
That's what people seem to want to deny, even though the FBI & CISA ... issued an advisory and alert back on Oct. 30th & updated on Nov. 3rd, so for them to deny that now is absolutely absurd. Plus, we have an affidavit from an expert cyber-warfare [individual] who even shows the diagram of all the attacks coming in. We know that the VPN ... the Dominion people left those open and unencrypted on the night of the election, so that anybody could get in.
We know that the packets of information went to Serbia [note: over 100 Dominion employees scrubbed there LinkedIn profiles of any affiliation with the company after the election, many of whom were in Serbia], Liechtenstein, Spain, Venezuela, Hunan, China & Hong Kong. We have a study out of [the Dominion voting system in Antrim] MI, they know that it was connected to the internet. They erased their audit files & their adjudication files, where they dumped over 68% of their ballots into a bin that they call "adjudication" [that would've been thousands + thousands of ballots] and then an individual with no scrutiny whatsoever decides what to do with those, and obviously they were trained to either flip them for Biden, trash them for Trump, move them to a 3rd-party candidate and then do something else with them. It was a very elaborate and well-organized plan and we're documenting that in lawsuits that we've filed that are now pending before the Supreme Court regarding the states of AZ, GA, MI & WI."

They have dismissed the cases out of hand on issues like "Standing" or "The Abstention Doctrine", actually, this ridiculous litany of excuses to reject our cases in particular, because we represent electors who have standing under the Constitution in all of these states, so for them to dismiss our cases on any basis is absolutely ridiculous. We have just an extraordinary volume of evidence that you wouldn't even put in the complaint stage of a normal case, but knowing the scrutiny this was going to receive, we've documented it extremely well as best as could possibly be done given the time allowed under the whole election set-up. This was a masterful, Machiavellian scheme by all the people that pulled it off. COVID was the cover for the fake-ballots. There are 100's of thousands of fake ballots that were generated & then put into the system. We're getting more evidence of that every day."

Joe Biden won crucial swing states fair and square — despite getting blown away in bellweather Ohio and Florida, despite being down by hundreds of thousands of votes until the mysterious shutdowns in counting, despite Trump outperforming Biden campaign’s own expectations, despite underperforming Hillary Clinton ad Obama everywhere else in the country, despite not campaigning, despite having no ground game, despite having zero enthusiasm, despite losing support among minorities, despite pushing policies at odds with the desires of the public, despite aligning himself with BLM and Antifa. And despite having trouble executing a coherent sentence. Or Joe Biden was GIVEN a “victory” in those crucial swing cities — via the assistance of election hardware and software notoriously susceptible to fraud and manipulation, owned and operated by people with alliances to Biden and the Democrats and hellbent on getting Trump out; via Democratic (and corrupt) machines in Philly, Detroit, Milwaukee and Atlanta hellbent on winning, taking advantage of a dubious “mail-in ballot” scheme and last minute voting procedure changes via cities where workers were caught dragging crates of ballots, creating Biden votes out of thin air, and refused to allow Republicans to watch the counting of mail-in ballots; via postal workers told to backdate late ballots; via workers illegally tossed voting envelopes, where signature matching was greatly reduced or tossed out all together. We are being ordered to ignore common sense, public data, election history, Biden’s history and our own eyes. "Just concede defeat and accept the beating" (Literally, in the case of Trump supporters at the hands of Biden’s BLM and Antifa Brigades.), is what we are told. What are the odds of the American people letting that happen?

In the midst of this ongoing fight to ensure a fair election count, interview with one of the country’s leading experts on election integrity, Hans von Spakovsky:
To say out-loud that you find the results of the 2020 presidential election odd is to invite derision. You must be crank or a conspiracy theorist. Mark me down as a crank, then. I am a pollster and I find this election to be deeply puzzling. I also think that the Trump campaign is still well within its rights to contest the tabulations. Something very strange happened in America’s democracy in the early hours of Wednesday November 4 and the days that followed. It’s reasonable for a lot of Americans to want to find out exactly what.
First, consider some facts. President Trump received more votes than any previous incumbent seeking reelection. He got 11 million more votes than in 2016, the third largest rise in support ever for an incumbent. By way of comparison, President Obama was comfortably reelected in 2012 with 3.5 million fewer votes than he received in 2008.
Trump’s vote increased so much because, according to exit polls, he performed far better with many key demographic groups. Ninety-five percent of Republicans voted for him. He did extraordinarily well with rural male working-class whites.
He earned the highest share of all minority votes for a Republican since 1960. Trump grew his support among black voters by 50 percent over 2016. Nationally, Joe Biden’s black support fell well below 90 percent, the level below which Democratic presidential candidates usually lose.
Trump increased his share of the national Hispanic vote to 35 percent. With 60 percent or less of the national Hispanic vote, it is arithmetically impossible for a Democratic presidential candidate to win Florida, Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico. Bellwether states swung further in Trump’s direction than in 2016. Florida, Ohio and Iowa each defied America’s media polls with huge wins for Trump. Since 1852, only Richard Nixon has lost the electoral college after winning this trio, and that 1960 defeat to John F. Kennedy is still the subject of great suspicion.
Midwestern states Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin always swing in the same direction as Ohio and Iowa, their regional peers. Ohio likewise swings with Florida. Current tallies show that, outside of a few cities, the Rust Belt swung in Trump’s direction. Yet, Biden leads in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin because of an apparent avalanche of black votes in Detroit, Philadelphia, and Milwaukee. Biden’s ‘winning’ margin was derived almost entirely from such voters in these cities, as coincidentally his black vote spiked only in exactly the locations necessary to secure victory. He did not receive comparable levels of support among comparable demographic groups in comparable states, which is highly unusual for the presidential victor.
We are told that Biden won more votes nationally than any presidential candidate in history. But he won a record low of 17 percent of counties; he only won 524 counties, as opposed to the 873 counties Obama won in 2008. Yet, Biden somehow outdid Obama in total votes. Victorious presidential candidates, especially challengers, usually have down-ballot coattails; Biden did not. The Republicans held the Senate and enjoyed a ‘red wave’ in the House, where they gained a large number of seats while winning all 27 toss-up contests. Trump’s party did not lose a single state legislature and actually made gains at the state level. Another anomaly is found in the comparison between the polls and non-polling metrics. The latter include: party registrations trends; the candidates’ respective primary votes; candidate enthusiasm; social media followings; broadcast and digital media ratings; online searches; the number of (especially small) donors; and the number of individuals betting on each candidate.
Despite poor recent performances, media and academic polls have an impressive 80 percent record predicting the winner during the modern era. But, when the polls err, non-polling metrics do not; the latter have a 100 percent record. Every non-polling metric forecast Trump’s reelection. For Trump to lose this election, the mainstream polls needed to be correct, which they were not. Furthermore, for Trump to lose, not only did one or more of these metrics have to be wrong for the first time ever, but every single one had to be wrong, and at the very same time; not an impossible outcome, but extremely unlikely nonetheless. Atypical voting patterns married with misses by polling and non-polling metrics should give observers pause for thought. Adding to the mystery is a cascade of information about the bizarre manner in which so many ballots were accumulated and counted.
The following peculiarities also lack compelling explanations:
1. Late on election night, with Trump comfortably ahead, many swing states stopped counting ballots. In most cases, observers were removed from the counting facilities. Counting generally continued without the observers
2. Statistically abnormal vote counts were the new normal when counting resumed. They were unusually large in size (hundreds of thousands) and had an unusually high (90 percent and above) Biden-to-Trump ratio
3. Late arriving ballots were counted. In Pennsylvania, 23,000 absentee ballots have impossible postal return dates and another 86,000 have such extraordinary return dates they raise serious questions
4. The failure to match signatures on mail-in ballots. The destruction of mail in ballot envelopes, which must contain signatures
5. Historically low absentee ballot rejection rates despite the massive expansion of mail voting. Such is Biden’s narrow margin that, as political analyst Robert Barnes observes, ‘If the states simply imposed the same absentee ballot rejection rate as recent cycles, then Trump wins the election’
6. Missing votes. In Delaware County, Pennsylvania, 50,000 votes held on 47 USB cards are missing
7. Non-resident voters. Matt Braynard’s Voter Integrity Project estimates that 20,312 people who no longer met residency requirements cast ballots in Georgia. Biden’s margin is 12,670 votes
8. Serious ‘chain of custody’ breakdowns. Invalid residential addresses. Record numbers of dead people voting. Ballots in pristine condition without creases, that is, they had not been mailed in envelopes as required by law
9. Statistical anomalies. In Georgia, Biden overtook Trump with 89 percent of the votes counted. For the next 53 batches of votes counted, Biden led Trump by the same exact 50.05 to 49.95 percent margin in every single batch. It is particularly perplexing that all statistical anomalies and tabulation abnormalities were in Biden’s favor. Whether the cause was simple human error or nefarious activity, or a combination, clearly something peculiar happened.
If you think that only weirdos have legitimate concerns about these findings and claims, maybe the weirdness lies in you.

This nutball bill includes millions to Sudan and Jordan for border control and "building a wall"...meanwhile, the left calls American border control and wall "racist", and wants to take it down. The bill includes millions to Afghanistan for "gender studies"? $1.4B to Asia...father of the China Virus. What is the h*ll is that is about? I think the left is TRYING to bait President Trump into Vetoing the bill. I think the only reasonable thing to do it pocket veto the bill. Trump's response was to publicly suggest a solo bill for $2,000 per person ($4,000 per family) in the U.S.
If you recall back in October President Trump wanted to send Americans $1,200, yet months later they settle on a mere $600.
So what's up with the left? The hypocrisy of COVID rules that they don't follow but that destroy small businesses and the middle case. Why in the world would they want to crush our economy by funding all kinds of craziness that would cripple our grand children's-grand children, and have such negligible immediate positive effects on Americans.

THE FINAL TRUMP CARD, MAY BE A PENCE CARD
There are many opinions on if and how President Trump might pull off a win when the electoral college votes are read in the joint session of Congress on January 3rd.
Differences of opinion on whether Trump can be re-elected and what path is most likely to accomplish that goal are based on which documents are accepted as authoritative and which legal precedents are used.
I would argue that the likely behavior of certain individuals and groups has not been given enough consideration.
The predictable behavior of some people would seem to make certain paths less likely to succeed than others.
Some hope that a court will issue a favorable judgment that decertifies the electoral votes of certain states or overturns election results. While these efforts should continue, judges seem unwilling to get involved. I doubt the courts will play a major role in the outcome.
Some are hoping that state legislators will act in a way that reverses the actions of governors who certified electors following illegal or fraudulent elections.
There is evidence of election fraud in some states.
Some states clearly violated state or federal law (or the constitution) in the way they administered their elections. But it is unknown if state legislators will act in time to rescind the electors that have already been chosen.
Some believe the best opportunity is to have a member of the House and a member of the Senate object to the electors of some states on January 6th, when the vote is counted. The electoral count act makes provision for this possibility.
Once an objection to a state's electoral vote is made and seconded, the House and Senate separately debate the objection and vote to either sustain or overrule it. In the Senate, nearly every member must vote in favor of the objection if it is to be sustained.
Sustaining an objection in the Senate seems unlikely given the fact that RINOs like Mitt Romney, Marco Rubio and their ilk will be asked to take a highly controversial step in supporting Donald Trump.
As hard as it will be in the Senate to get the votes to sustain an objection to an elector, it will be nearly impossible in the House due to the Democrat party's majority.
While I think that encouraging Senators and Representatives to object to electors is a goal worth pursuing, I'm not convinced that approach will succeed.
Any of the above tactics could be successful but I think the odds of any of them succeeding are small. This thread is about picking the scenario that is the most likely to succeed.

I think, if he were able, he would maintain control of the process to the greatest degree possible.
A precedent was set in the 1960 Presidential election between John Kennedy and Richard Nixon. In a close race, Nixon was declared the winner. To meet the "safe harbor" deadline of Dec 13th, Hawaii's Governor signed a certificate of ascertainment for Nixon's electors.
Nixon said he did not intend to establish a precedent with his decision, nevertheless, he did establish one. He demonstrated the authority that can be exercised by the officer who presides over a joint session of Congress. Some argue that the Vice-President has limited authority over the vote-counting process, but as the presiding officer over a joint session of Congress, the Vice-President has the power to make discretionary decisions regarding procedural rules as demonstrated by Nixon. This year, Mike Pence will preside over the vote count on January 6th. Because a number of states have violated the law in the manner in which they conducted their elections, the electors (both those for Biden and those for Trump) could be rejected by Pence.
If Pence disqualified these four states and if he determined that the 270 vote requirement was not met, a continent election is triggered per the 12th amendment. In a contingent election, the House of Representatives would immediately take a vote to decide the next President. The vote in the House is one vote per state delegation. In January, Republicans will have a 26-21 state delegation majority over Dems with three states tied.
The Senate would vote to decide the next Vice-President. Republicans have a 50-46 majority with 2 seats controlled by other parties & 2 seats in Georgia on the ballot Jan 5th, the day before the votes are counted. In the contingent election, Trump would be re-elected if the House vote along party lines. In the Senate, if Republicans maintain their majority and vote along party lines, Pence would be re-elected. This scenario puts the outcome in control of Pence & Trump to the greatest degree possible, while minimizing the roles played by unpredictable people. It's constitutionally sound and there is historical precedent to support it. If I was POTUS, this is the path I would plan for. Understandably, there are concerns over what RINOs are likely to do. For that reason, I think it's safest to avoid asking them to do anything that requires taking a risk. The risk to RINOs is eliminated if Pence disqualifies electors from several states and triggers a continent election. In that case, they would simply go along with the process Pence chose. They vote by party line and blame Pence for the process and the outcome.
